Creating & Managing Your Account

  • Immediately reset your Bims Loyalty account password. It is recommended that individuals use a unique, complex password that is not associated with any of your other online accounts. This password should be one that is unique to your Bims Loyalty account. View detailed steps to reset your password.
  • Remove any stored payment methods (e.g. credit or debit cards) from your Bims Loyalty account.
    • To view your stored payment methods, open the Bims Loyalty app, select “Account”, and then select “Manage payment methods” to review and remove accordingly.
    • You may add your preferred stored payment method back onto your Bims Loyalty Account at any time, but please make sure your concerns of unauthorised activity are resolved and you have changed your password before doing so.
  • Review the information in your account such as your name, phone number, and addresses. Be sure to correct any information that is no longer accurate.
  • If funds were loaded to your account from your stored payment card that you did not authorize, please verify the unauthorized transaction(s) with your financial institution. Resolution time of the suspicious fraudulent activity is dependent on your financial institution.

You will receive a birthday reward on your birthday and the reward is valid for 30 days. If your birthday takes place on a Sunday, you will receive your birthday reward the day before, on Saturday.

You are eligible for a birthday reward once you have completed the following:

  • Updated to the latest version of the Bims Loyalty App
  • Entered your birthday on your account. (Note: You must enter your birthday at least 24 hours in advance to receive your reward. If you enter it after this time, you will receive your reward the following year).
